About The Expo

For the past 22 years, the Elko Convention & Visitors Authority has hosted the annual ELKO MINING EXPO. It is one of the oldest and most respected mining expos held in the United States and draws close to 8,000 people, nationally and internationally, to its mining industry exhibits and technical seminars.

Registration packets will be available after the first of the year. Vendors that exhibited in 2007 will have first right refusal to their booth space and Registration packets will automatically be mailed out to those previous vendors.

Interior

Interior booth spaces are 8’x10’. All Interior booth spaces include one (1) skirted table, two chairs, and draping provided by ECVA. Extra tables, chairs, & skirts available for additional fees. Power is also available for an additional fee. Further information will be forwarded in the services kit.

Mining Mall

Mining Mall booth spaces are 10’x10’. All Mining Mall booth spaces include one (1) skirted table, two chairs, and draping provided by ECVA. Extra tables, chairs, & skirts are available for additional fees. Power is also available for an additional fee. Further information will be forwarded in the services kit.

Exterior

Exterior booth prices are for space only! All information for Exterior needs such as canopies, tables, chairs, and electricity will be forwarded in the services kit. NOTE: The 25x50 booth space is in the fenced gravel area.

Those booths requiring three phase power must make arrangements at least two weeks in advance.

BOOTH TABLES

One table is included in the Interior and Mining Mall booths only. Additional tables may be rented from Diamond Rentals.

WIRELESS INTERNET

Only available for Interior Booths. The Elko Convention Center is now offering high speed wireless internet access for free as a service to its exhibitors. If you have a laptop computer you can access the internet during the Elko Mining Expo. However, please let us know of your request in advance as the service is limited in number of users.

SPONSORSHIPS

Wide ranges of sponsorship opportunities are available for keynote speaker functions, golf tournament and hospitality events. Such sponsorships are acknowledged in the Mining Expo Program, media coverage and by signage, banners and recognition at all events.
